OUR CAPABILITIES

Subdivision Infrastructure

From enabling works to roads and services, preparing land for its next chapter.

Subdivision Infrastructure work by Alpine Civil

Built around the scope.

From enabling works to roads and services, preparing land for its next chapter. We work with councils, network operators, developers and principal contractors to understand the site and coordinate the civil package.

Typical scope

  • Access roads and building platforms
  • Water, drainage and utility services
  • Coordination with engineers and surveyors

From first discussion to handover

  1. Understand the brief. Share the location, drawings, available investigations and programme.
  2. Consider the conditions. Discuss access, existing services, construction interfaces and specialist input.
  3. Define the work. Agree the scope, responsibilities, sequencing and proposal.
  4. Coordinate delivery. Plan construction activities, maintain communication and prepare handover information.

Common questions

When should we involve Alpine Civil?

Contact the team while the scope is being developed or when tender documentation is ready. Early input can help identify access and sequencing considerations.

Where do you work?

Our base is Clyde. We work across Central Otago, including Alexandra, Cromwell, Queenstown and Wānaka, with selected projects elsewhere in the South Island.

What should I send with an enquiry?

A site location, description of the work, drawings if available and any programme or procurement requirements provide a useful starting point.

Relevant project experience.
